The managing members of the Great American Records
Management, Sean M. Callow, CPA and David A. Pick,
have extensive experience in the self storage industry,
with a combined 5 million square feet of self storage
development and management over the last 25 years.
Sean M. Callow, a graduate of University of California
at Santa Barbara, is the former Senior Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Harrington West
Financial Group, a $1 billion asset public financial
institution (NASDAQ ticker: HWFG) located in Solvang,
California which owns Los Padres Bank, a 16-branch
thrift specializing in commercial real estate, multi-family
and construction lending with locations in California,
Kansas and Arizona.
David A. Pick, Pick Properties managing officer,
has been extensively involved in numerous phases
of the real estate and development business since
his graduation from college in 1962. Mr. Pick is
also owner of David Pick Realtor, a California real
estate company. He obtained his first real estate
salesman's license in 1964 and currently is an active
licensed real estate broker with offices in California.
In 1980, Mr. Pick became involved in the self-storage
business and currently is working on several self-storage
projects. He has been actively involved in the development
of over 5 million square feet of self-storage facilities.
Both Sean M. Callow and David A Pick specifically
design their self storage facilities and tailor
operating procedures to attract business clients,
with 24/7/365 access, wide driveways, video surveillance,
and business-friendly services. As the self storage
industry has become more competitive in recent years
with some areas approaching saturation, they became
interested in expanding their services to attract
a wider range of business tenants. Accordingly,
records management has become a natural extension
of their self storage business which will now be
a service offered in all of their self storage facilities.
On April 12, 2006, Great American Records Management,
LLC was formed to own and operate a full-service,
commercial records center in Goleta, California
to offer a wide array of services which will allow
our business clients to significantly reduce the
costs of managing their business records, and to
allow them to better concentrate on their core business
competencies. |
